Merry Christmas!
And just for ALL my fans I have been working dilligently on recreating my Coffee Hut Cartoons. They have been in my notebook for a long time during the 3 year period that i've worked for Tim Horton's (so i know a bit about the business), and now i'm finally making some realities. I thought about taking pictures of my rough sketches, but since they are really REALLY rough and not nice and too light, i did them on computer because that's mildly amusing. Although it takes f o r e v e r ! I hope you enjoy them as much as i have... wait, that's impossible! Let me know what you think. :)

I need to apologize to the three people who actually read this, and their pets, for the poems I have posted most recently. I just found this ditty I wrote on rubber bands, so I thought it was silly enough to share with the class. The other two are a bit more serious... but don't panic, if you read them. If you don't, you're all the better.
I added part of my Asinine story also... just to show what will happen to ohio in the future.

it WILL be the 12th in a few minutes. tomorrow is my last day of exams!
just wanted to let everyone (all 3 of you) know i've updated my Hit List. i have so many things to put under that list that i always forget what they are when it comes down to it. if you want to be on the List for reasons that are not listed, you know how to reach me. and if you want something else on the list for posterity, don't hesitate to send it my way.
a note: I posted The American God, a poem i had to write for class in response to a current event; i cheated b/c i just did it on some girl at school who stood up and said "God is a gentleman; he wont make you do anything" and i got mad/sad/upset. it was cheating because it was supposed to be on a current event, i.e. student shootings, stuff like that. in the news. i just did something i heard currently... though it does sound like a general comment on everything, which it is. little do RC ppl know, i'm talking about them (among others; most American self-centered beliefs/religions). and they LIKE my poem!!! i love the people from my college, but yeah.

I have one thing to say: I hate Ohio. My trip was fun, and I love Charity to bits, but my opinion of Ohio has not changed. They can ruin such good things... simple good things... like Panera's cinnamon crunch bagels. Unbelievable.
In other news, I actually forced myself to edit some poetry for creative writing class. So, edited on my site are She Smiled and Ditch Construction... let me know if I made them worse. Or if you even remember what they were like before. And I threw caution to the wind and put up the rest (almost) of the stuff I wrote in that class.
Okay, let's see if I'm not that much of a n00b by trying to fix a dead link on this site. (some of you are saying to yourself, "self, i thought this whole site was a dead page.") I'll let you know... but I'm already thinking everyone knows the answer already ("self, what's a n00b?").

Happy first of December. Notice: no Merry Christmas yet. *doh!* come on people, we're not even out of school yet.
Things to look forward to in December: The Two Towers, Nemisis, and seeing if my folks will actually buy me a giant trampoline, not exactly in that order. Hey, its better than asking for Bismark.
More art up! And actual photos. Tis the season to share. For people like Carl or Laura or anyone who actually looks at my art at home by force, you won't see anything new. So don't bother. :)
If you are wondering why I am taking such pains to post so much, I am trying to be a good example for "Paul" or "Zeke" or whoever he is... he who hasn't updated his own page since July! I mean, he knows how to update, and he wasn't at Barakel all summer. :) Oh, hi, Zeke!

I have to keep playing with this program. My brother is like a computer software company: he'll teach me what to do, but I'll forget once 30 days is up and he'll have to teach me all over again. Of course, he hasn't charged me... yet.
Just posting to say that I included a paper on C.S. Lewis under Essays. I know, just what people want to read, but I can be proud of it. I could have put it under White Horse Inn but I figured it was fine under my essays.
I'm having way too much fun with the hyperlinks.

I am living proof that learning can be learned by me. Or something. The point being that Gage taught me how to do some things and here I am posting my own stuff. I feel powerful... what next? The White House? Okay, I pass.
Things I have posted today: 6, yes six, stories I have written this semester. Well, one is a play, sort of a Gilligan's Island thing, written before summer. All else is rather recent. Most of them are fun and short, but for hardcore AJ fans (all 3 of you) "Writer's Block" or "Why Coffee is Evil" is for you... yes, I know, I was being optimistic about there being three fans, but if there are any, I hope you have some time to kill because this short story was a little longer than my creative writing class might have liked...
Also I have posted some poetry. You know, ever since this creative writing class where everyone is trying to be profound and actually sound poetic, I've been going off the "deep" end. HAHA, like A Poem About Sandwiches. Doesn't that sound like the poetry of a deep thinker?

Happy Thanksgiving. The visitor to this website will be most thankful today not for turkey but for the fact that I got Gage to help me work on this extemely dormant page. Because not all of my life is taken up with writing (do we find this hard to believe?), we have added an art gallery. I love art as well as writing the mundane. Let me know if you like what you see... if you don't, don't tell me. If you want to buy something I've done, I'll probably say no, but money is a powerful motivator. What I can't understand is everyone's passion for digital watches.
I'm taking a poetry and creative writing class also, which means I am being forced to be poetically creative. Hopefully I'll have some more poetry up and even another "short" story... yes, shiver in terror, all you who dare to read anything I write.
Created by Gage Blackwood and brought to you by (AI) Arthur.
